Home Assessments That Prioritize both Liveability and Good Design

Are you thinking about your next steps in housing as you begin to plan your retirement?

Do you have family and friends who have a difficult time visiting your home?

Liveable Homes has partnered with DwellSafe, a team of expert physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to offer a comprehensive assessment of each room in your home. We prioritize manageable updates and recommend significant modifications, when necessary to ensure you can safely (and beautifully) stay in your home for as long as you want.

Appointments are approximately 90 minutes and they include an assessment of:

  • Current mobility challenges for you or those visiting your home.

  • Predictive analysis of future needs (progressive conditions/disorders).

  • Room by room assessment of fall risk.

  • Individual fall risk assessment of each individual in your home.

  • Specific recommendations for home modifications plus 10% off any safety fixture orders.

  • Contractor referrals

From designing and recommending home modifications to finding contractors to overseeing the renovation process, we support you from beginning to end so that you can rest easy, knowing your vision will be honored the whole way through.

Our assessment ensures that homes are safer without unnecessary expense, creating a beautiful and thoughtful solution for aging-in-place. Schedule one today!
