Certification
A LiveAble Homes Certification guarantees the design and features of your home will accommodate all physical abilities, reducing the need for costly modifications in the future.
The LiveAble Home Certification utilizes standard US and international residential building codes. Done well, Accessible Design becomes a virtually invisible element that allows any person living in or visiting the home to feel welcomed and comfortable.
LiveAble Homes certification is a searchable field in the RMLS system.
